Returns

Items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the damaged or incorrect item are required. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and notify you of any applicable price differences.

Exchange Process

Email order@jameskross.net with your order number and reason for exchange. Once approved, return instructions and a return authorization number will be provided. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
